Troika International’s COVID-19 Update

In light of the current global pandemic, the health of our customers, staff and local communities is our top priority.

Here at Troika International, we are committed to providing our high quality service to customers, while doing everything we can to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID19). Following advice from the NHS, UK Government, CDC, and the US Government, we have postponed all client visits for the foreseeable future and moved all operations to full remote working. We are available to connect over video conferencing software to anyone that requires our support and wishes to have a “face to face” conversation.


At Troika International, it is still business as usual. Our desks have changed but our level of support remains the same.

  1. We successfully completed multiple trail runs to enable us to work remotely with no
    client impact.
  2. Our three-tier desk support is still fully functional.
  3. All development is still on target.
  4. On-line training courses are soon to be announced at a reduced cost to our clients.
  5. On-line demos of our software are available on request.
