Visit Troika on booth 2620 at the SEG International Exposition and 89th Annual Meeting in San Antonio. Features on show will include demonstrations of the company’s capabilities for real-time quality control (QC) of repeatability in positioning and data quality for life-of-field seismic (LoFS). Using case history examples this will demonstrate the value of third-party QC, especially when operators employ different acquisition contractors.
Troika will also be showcasing GEOM, the latest addition to the company’s suite of seismic data management software. Within seconds, GEOM reports key parameters about SEGY format 3D post-stack seismic datasets such as the x/y coordinates of inline and crossline corner points, survey azimuth, bin dimensions, trace count, and an outline surface coverage image. This superfast geometrical quality control check can potentially save hours of expensive data loading time.
