Managing Director - Jill Lewis

Jill Lewis has invaluable expertise in the industry dealing with a variety of issues and solving seismic data problems. Jill is the current chair of the SEG Technical Standards Committee and is known for giving excellent presentations around the globe. Her valuable input can aid in updating your seismic data to conform to new SEG data formats, providing valuable data management techniques that allows you to capitalize on your data assets, and countless other consultancy services to make your data investments as profitable as possible.

Technical Director - Bob Firth

Bob Firth is a technical genius. Whether it's working directly with the SEG as a leading advocate and consultant to organized seismic data storage or solving your seismic data issues with decades of experience, he has the answers to your seismic data problems. Bob has been a key author on several SEG standards documents including SEG-Y rev 1 and SEG-D rev 2.

Principal Software Engineer - Brian Smith

Brian has more than 30 years designing, developing and implementing successful software solutions for real world problems and is a valuable member of Troika's development team working in particular on their Data Management Utilities.

Programming Consultant - Jill Holliday

Jill has broad experience with Seismic Data including programming, project managing, and training. With a BSc in Geophysics and 30 years in the industry, Jill continues to be a valued asset to Troika's expansive knowledge in dealing with exploration data. Key contributor to the SEG-Y, rev 1 standard.

Vice President, Houston - Victor Ancira

Victor has more than thirty years of industry experience in the areas of Seismic Data Management, Project Management and Operations Management. Victor has extensive knowledge of seismic data formats and is a member of the SEG Technical Standards Committee. Victor manages Troika's Houston office and is able to assist with any contact and support enquiries.

Aberdeen Representative - Audrey Hughes

Audrey has a BSc degree in Geology and more than twenty years' experience in the oil and gas industry working as a processor and seismic data manager. Audrey has extensive information management knowledge and has recently completed a Masters in Information Management at Robert Gordon University with her final thesis relating to the management of continuously recorded seismic data.
